Apologies for being quiet…

So a mystery virus kicked me down for a solid 6 weeks which led to blood tests that led to a scary rush to the ER, ambulance ride, CT scans, MRI and a very nice surgical specialist 😅. Long story short it’s nothing scary and we’ll know 100% for sure in 3 months with a follow up MRI. Soooo anyway, all this to apologize for being quiet. I’m back to working and as empassioned as ever to help animals with Rescue The Rescues and we have a music video launching this week! 🐶 Also need to thank Drew for keeping me alive through the yuck and being the best caregiver… ladies, choose a man that will hold your hair while you’re being sick🤢❤️ He’s a keeper! 😆
💖Photo from our Mothers Day adventure with kids and fur kids. It’s awesome to be back to normal and not something I’m taking for granted again!💖

🎥 VIDEOGRAPHER HELP needed please🎶🐾
We’ve been asked to create a music video to help encourage shelter adoptions with our song, “Waiting At The Gate”. Think heart tugging, call to action video with dogs in the shelter, both sad and defeated and also happy ones with tail wags and kisses. The song is powerful and put to video it’ll be a tearjerker and hopefully encourage more people to walk into their local shelter and adopt! Even a talented youth with tech skills would be great! Please reach out if you think you can help. The song is currently exclusive on the rescuetherescues.com fundraising album but I can send it to you directly. THANK YOU for helping us save precious lives! 🐾❤️🐾🎶

Moses and Simon did the interview with me and they were great! I didn’t realize I was on live during the music because it was silent on my end and I totally dorked out 😂🙈. Of course now I’m thinking of a million more things I should have said but not terrible for my first podcast. I’m trying so hard to spread the word about this awesome album! So many amazing artists contributed and I know it has the power to help so many!

Our parent 501c3, Horses That Help, explaining more about the project… ❤️🐾🎵

After 2+ years of collaborating on this project it is finally up and ready to save lives by funding OTHER animal rescues! It’s a super simple concept… buy a music album made for people who love animals and choose which rescue receives your money! I truly believe we can sweep the nation and flood hard working rescues with funds they desperately need!
🐾Please tag your favorite rescues to let them know about this project
🐾Please tag your favorite animal loving influencer
🐾Please tag your big hearted friends who love music
❤️It’s all explained on the website but when you participate, you pick your favorite rescue from a 501c3 database and they’ll receive the $10 proceeds.
❤️Our rescue, Horses That Help (a 501c3 in FL since 2016) will also receive a small portion after fees and expenses to expand our senior horse sanctuary. All the animals on the website are ones we’ve personally helped. Help us help more and help us help other rescues who are also doing amazing work and are sooo needed. At $10 a download it can add up quick and really help a lot! Please share and help us get the word out 🙏 ❤️🐾🎶

🐾 Our new website is finally LIVE! 🎉🙌

We’re a 501(c)(3) rescue that created a simple, powerful way to raise funds for rescues across the country. When you purchase the album, the proceeds go to the rescue YOU choose.
It’s truly a win-win — for you, the rescues, and the animals. 🐾

P.S. Every animal featured on the album cover and website is one we’ve personally helped. As a rescue, we know the struggle — and our goal is to help many more by empowering other rescues through this project.
