Yesterday, BridgeGood opened our studio doors and twenty talented designers walked in.
They came from across the Bay Area: East, West, North, and South Bay. Some came from even farther: Seattle, North Carolina, Los Angeles, Atlanta. Different places, different stories, but the same commitment to showing up for our community, for their economic future, and for the good work ahead.
More than 500 people applied, and these are the twenty we get to walk alongside this year. I’ve been thinking about that, and it still feels special.
Congratulations: Aaron, Alexandra, Annalise, Cherilin, Chris, Gabriella, Harsimran, Izabella, Jaslyn, Jessica, Keera, Kimberly, Megan, Miriam, Moe, Nada, Najma, Renato, Sebastian, and Sierra.
This cohort is special because they are here for more than a job title. They care about asking the hard questions: Who gets to shape the future? Who gets access to opportunity? Who benefits from technology? And who is still being left out?
And as we continue leading social impact in a time of uncertainty, I want to be honest about what it takes. There will be detours, doubt, and days when the work feels impossible. There may be moments when you question whether you belong in the room.
That is part of the process. And you do belong... WE belong.
BRIDGEGOOD continues to help learners build the confidence, trust, and skills they need to move through the hard parts and stay grounded in who they are on the other side.
This year, the support keeping BRIDGEGOOD's work alive came from real people. People who gave their time, their money, their encouragement, and their belief before there were results to point to. That kind of support means everything. Thank you to our dedicated squad: Angela, Elisa Feng, Mubarak, and Shaun Tai. It is the reason is possible.

Community is not just something we say. It is the structure holding all of this up. Much love to everyone riding with us. We see you. Let’s gooooo!
