Looking to keep your kids active this summer? Look no further than another exciting program opportunity at your local Norwich YMCA.
The return of the Dolphin and Mini Dolphin Swim Camps is happening this summer at the YMCA! Whether your child simply loves to swim, wants to improve their strokes and techniques, or is interested in joining the Dolphin Swim Team this fall, this camp is a great opportunity to build skills, confidence, and have fun in the water.

June has finally arrived and the Norwich Family YMCA Summer Day Camp will start later this month.
We are excited to promote this amazing outdoor program for the summer of 2026.
We are thankful for the United Way of Mid Rural New York, Inc. for assisting with the necessary funds to get the campers to YMCA Camp Thompson each day.
We are also excited to recognize Preferred Mutual for assisting with our summer field trips through our Day Camp program and thank you to NBT Bank for your ongoing assistance of all Y programming through your year long generosity.

Coming off an amazing indoor youth track season we couldnt be more excited to host this summer at the Norwich High School track.
Track is a great opportunity and program to challenge yourself individually while supporting the team.
Learn the many skills, mechanics and functions of running, sprints, jumping and conditioning.

This weekend the Annual AAU basketball tournament will take place at the Norwich YMCA. All three gymnasiums will be closed on May 30 and 31st for the hundreds of players from across the state participating in this years event.
