📣 Applications Will Be Available Soon! 📣

We know many youth and families are eagerly awaiting information about the 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program, and we're excited to share that applications will be available as soon as New York State has finalized its budget and program details are moving toward being released.

In the meantime, now is the perfect time to start gathering the documents you'll need so you're ready to apply right away:

• Working Papers
• Social Security Card
• Birth Certificate
• Most Recent Report Card

Getting these items together now will help speed up the application process and ensure you're ready when enrollment opens.

The Place is looking forward to another summer of helping young people gain valuable work experience, build workplace skills, earn income, and prepare for future success.

Could you or someone you know benefit from help keeping housing safe, stable, and affordable?

Through Medicaid-funded Enhanced Social Care Services, eligible individuals may qualify for support with housing-related needs, including:

• Rent assistance
• Utility assistance (gas, electric, water)
• Pest or mold remediation
• Home modifications such as ramps and grab bars
• Air conditioners and air filters
• Assistance maintaining safe and stable housing

These services are provided at no cost to eligible Medicaid recipients and do not impact existing Medicaid benefits.

How long has it been since you got down and dirty while playing? TOO LONG! Come learn how to make indestructible bubbles, playdough, and chalk-all in time for summer babysitting! This is all completely FREE!

Join us at the EPIC Teen Program Drop-In hours:
Sunday, June 14, 2-4pm @ The Place (22 E Main St, Norwich), and
6-8pm @ The EPIC Place (1 Church st, Bainbridge)!

Snacks will be provided!

This event is for teens in grades 6 and up.
