Smoketree needs volunteers! We're electing 3 new Board Officers at the Annual Meeting on Thurs, Sept 17 at 7:00 PM:

🔹 VP – Community PR & Social Media
🔹 VP – Membership & Fundraising
🔹 VP- Treasurer

Each is a 2-year term. Dues-paid members interested in running should send a brief statement of interest/experience to Secretary Matt Bristol at SmoketreeAssociation@gmail by Saturday, September 12.

🎒✏️ BACK TO SCHOOL, SMOKETREE! 🍎📚

The backpacks are packed, the alarm clocks are set, and somehow summer flew by! 😭☀️

Wishing all of our Smoketree students, teachers, and families an amazing first day back! Whether you’re starting kindergarten, heading into high school, or somewhere in between, we hope this school year is filled with new friends, new adventures, lots of learning, and plenty of reasons to smile. ❤️

And parents… you made it! 😉☕️

📣 SMOKETREE — WE NEED YOU! 🏡❤️
The Greater Smoketree Civic Association (GSCA) will be electing three new Board Officers at our Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 17 at 7:00 PM.

We are looking for dues-paid GSCA members who would like to get involved and help make a difference in our community! 🙌

The open positions are:

🔹 Vice President – Community Public Relations & Social Media
Help strengthen community engagement, relationships with local government, and our social media presence.

🔹 Vice President – Membership & Fundraising
Help grow membership and raise funds to support our community operations.

🔹 Treasurer
Help establish and oversee annual budgets and the association’s financial management.

📌 Each position is a 2-year term.

Interested in volunteering your time and talents? ❤️

Exciting Smoketree Zombie Run update from Matt Fiddler to our neighbors! As we closed out our early bird promotion yesterday, we ended July 59.7% ahead of last year in terms of registrations — and last year was our biggest year by far. Our fifth Zombie Run looks to be even bigger. As a reminder, proceeds of the Zombie Run go help maintain the common areas and facilities like the pool, playground and clubhouse that are a huge asset to the Smoketree Community. There's still plenty of time to sign up and we're still accepting new sponsors if your business would be interested, and there's lots of opportunities to volunteer to help make this signature event a success. Register for spooky family fun that haunts the streets of Smoketree. Choose from two options, a one-mile Family Walk or the Zombie Fun Run — a 5k route roamed by the undead!

Grab your favorite float, your comfiest chair, your favorite beverage, and join us for a relaxing night under the stars at Smoketree Pool’s Adult Movie Night!

🕗 8:00–11:00 PM
🎟️ Just $5 per person

🍔 Smash Burger Food Truck will be on site until 9:00 PM, so come hungry!

🛟 Floats, chairs, and blankets are welcome.
🍿 Sit poolside or float while you enjoy the movie!
🍹 BYOB for this event only.
