Look at all them Ducks out for Tracktice Tuesday!!! Don't think any of them was sad to see August track come to an end. 🥵😄😉. It was a "sweatfest" out there but y'all were lookin' speedy. Can't wait for the temps to drop to see how fast y'all are for real.💪💪💪 Nice Workout!!!

That Best Run of the Week is up next!!! Come join us for the P*P Thirstday Run from Commonhouse Aleworks. All paces and faces always welcome. We get going at 6:15pm. Run, jog or walk the mile or 5k route then hangout afterwards for fun, food and drinks. Hope to see lots of ya there.

Oh the Humidity!!! All the rain last night made for one soupy and sweaty P*P Sunday Runday Run. But would ya look at that Turnout!!! Hope y'all didn't think it was gonna be cooler like it was yesterday. It wasn't.🥵😁🥵 Glad to have all of ya out for the run. Nice Job Y'all!!!

Check out last nights Awesome P*P Thirstday Runners!!! That "Feels Like" 103° was downright disrespectful.🥵🥵🥵 Thank goodness there's only 1 more August Thirstday Run!!!🙂🙂🙂 Thanks again for runnin' and sweatin' with us. Nice Run Y'all!!!

The P*P Tracktice Stars were Cookin' last Night. Literally.🍳🥵🍳 It was so Hottt!!! Like shoe rubber melting hottt.🔥🔥🔥 So impressed that y'all showed up and blown away with the effort put in out there. Nice Workout Y'all!!!

Thanks again to our friends from Strive Performance for working out with us and leading our cooldown stretch. Highly recommend checkin' them out if ya wanna become a stronger runner and stay injury free.

Big crew out this mornin' for the P*P Runday Run!!! We battled it out once again with the humidity. Gotta love the dedication out there runnin' in this Summer Heat.🥵🥵🥵 The Good News is we only have 2 more August Rundays!!!🎉 Nice Run Y'all!!!

We ❤️ big turnouts for our group runs. And we hope to see even more of ya out soon. Join us next on Tuesday for some Tracktice at Stoney Field. Huge SHOUTOUT to Kirsten and Casey for having P*P out this morning at Strive Performance. What an awesome session focused on Runner Mobility. Besides a great workout we got lots of good tips and advice. If ya wanna Improve your Mobility, Prevent Injuries and become a Stronger Runner... This is the place to go to!!! Thanks again for havin' us and thanks to all our members that showed up!!!💪💪💪

FYI...Strive will be back out at next week's Tracktice Tuesday for another Post Workout stretch. That's a pretty good incentive to do Speedwork on a Hottt night right there!!!😁😁😁 Come join us. It's Free!!!
