Next Tuesday we have our friends from Strive Performance back out to lead a cooldown stretch sesh. Come run hard with us and then give your muscles a break after. 💪💪💪

These Ducks knew we ran Rain or Shine!!! This mornin's run started with just some crazy thick humid air. But then came the drizzle. Followed by a downpour. 🌧🌧🌧 We got wet but nobody melted. And the Miles got Done. 💪💪💪

The P*P Sunday Runday is a great way to start the week. Our 5 or 8 mile routes go all over Park Circle and even have a little elevation. We meet at Commonhouse Aleworks every Sunday at 8:30. All Paces and Faces welcome.
Next Sunday our friends from Strive Performance will be out to lead us in a cool down recovery stretch. Come join us. It's Free.

Looks like it's gonna be a wet weekend.🌧⛈️🌧 But ya know Ducks love some water. So get out there and run!!!😁😁😁 We'll be out Sunday morning for our Runday Run from Commonhouse(rain or shine unless it's storming). We get going at 8:30am. All paces and faces welcome. Come join us.

Last night's P*P Track Stars!!! After the brutal Summer heat it was great to finally have an almost Fall like evening. It sure made for some faster runnin' and these Ducks were movin'!!!

Mother Nature had our back this mornin'. The rain never happened and we got both the P*P Runday Run and our Adopt-A-Higway trash pickup done without gettin' wet. Well, except for the sweat. The humidity was awful.🥵🥵🥵 Thanks to all y'all for volunteering and coming out to help with our 4th pick up of the year. You guys Rock!!!

We have one more trash day this year, so come join us out there next time. We ❤️ being able to do our part keeping Park Circle clean. We always have a fun group and we always Brunch afterwards too. Today it was at one of our favs, Rebel Taqueria. 😋😋😋

The calander says October but it really felt like August last night. 🥵🥵🥵 At least ya'll were dressed appropriately for runnin'.😁😁😁 Thanks again for runnin' and sweatin' with us. Nice Run Y'all!!!

We'll be back at it again Sunday morning at Commonhouse Aleworks (8:30am) for the Sunday Runday Run. Come get some miles in with us. And right after the run(9:45ish) we will regroup and do our Adopt-a-Highway trash pickup. It usually takes us about an hour to finish our stretch. We've got gloves, vests and trash bags. We just need some helpers. We always brunch afterwards too if ya wanna join us.
