Kickin' off another Week of Runnin' w/P*P!!! We had an awesome group out for this mornin's Runday Run, including 3 first timers. And we had our fav runner/photographer back finally too. Welcome back Daniel Clapper!!!

***NO TUESDAY TRACKTICE THIS WEEK***
Instead of our usual speedwork sesh at Stoney Field, we're goin’ racin’!!! Instead come join us, Without Limits Charleston and D'Allesandro's Pizza at Hampton Park for the 1st ever Pizza Mile!!! It's one lap as fast as ya wanna go. Chase down that PR or just test your fitness level against a bunch of other local runners. No Pizza eating is involved in the race. 😁😁😁 The race is totally FREE but ya do need to sign up. Here's the link along with all the detals:

There were lotsa smiles, laughs and fun at tonight's P*P Thirstday Color Run. So much fun. What a Great Turnout too. Thanks for joinin' us. And Nice Run Y'all!!!

FYI... We run every Thursday night(minus the color dust). 😉😉😉 Just meet us at 6:15 at Commonhouse. All paces and faces always welcome.

Our next group run is the P*P Sunday Runday Run from Commonhouse. We get going at 8:30am. Our 5 and 8 mile routes will take ya all around Park Circle.
