Our prevention programs include public awareness campaigns, parenting education programs, workshops and professional training, home visitation services, initiatives that promote parental involvement in a child’s education, and projects that support highly vulnerable families.

The Sisters of Kappa Phi Lambda and Brothers of Iota Nu Delta recently hosted their annual Talent Knight - an evening of talent competition - at Rutgers University—New Brunswick and raised funds for PCA-NJ. Our Sophia Ruffini served as a judge. We thank the students for their generosity and commitment to children's well-being.

We're grateful to Kiwanis Club of the Haddons for donating new hats and mittens/gloves for young children served via our Parent Linking Program. You can also help us keep babies & toddlers warm by gifting us with infant/toddler hats and mittens/gloves. We thank the Kiwanis members for their longstanding support.

Our supporters at the The Haddon Fortnightly Knitting for a Cause group gifted us with beautiful handmade demonstration breasts. These are used by lactation consultants, midwives, and doulas to educate mothers and mothers-to-be about breastfeeding and latch-on techniques. We are grateful for the ladies' generosity.

On Tuesday, PCA-NJ hosted our Fall in-person Parent Linking Program site networking meeting. Thanks to generous donations made to our NJ Diaper Network, all PLP site employees left with diapers and baby wipes for their students' children.

Congratulations to our Partner in Prevention David Nash who completed the Hainesport Endurance Run on October 10-11, accomplishing his personal goal of 60 miles in 24 hours. He started Saturday morning at 9 am and finished Sunday morning at 5:45 am - while raising more than $2,300 for PCA-NJ! Thank you, David, for your longstanding support of children's well-being.
