Virginia Opera will be at The Virginia Zoo's 125th Anniversary Celebration!

The Zoo will also be hosting donation drives for the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore and Norfolk Animal Care Center in the parking lot. Qualifying donations to either organization will receive discounted admission to the event!

Wednesday Wind Down is back beginning September 9!

Bring a chair or blanket, pack your favorite snack, and unwind on the Harrison Opera House lawn. Take a midweek break while enjoying a sneak peek of what our artists have in store before our 52nd season begins!

This year, we're excited to welcome d'Art Center, who will be hosting a fun craft table each week so guests can get creative while enjoying the music!

Join us every Wednesday at 5:30 PM from September 9 through October 21.
