It's been 15 years since we lost Tom Ray and a group of friends are meeting Saturday morning at the Yorktown Beach (lower deck of the parking garage) to attempt a 5 mile walk/run starting around 8:15 am in his memory. Yesterday at Summer Intervals, it was 91 degrees but we were on our shaded path. The group ran 2 800s to warm up and then 7 x 400s. We will be out there every Wednesday afternoon at 5:30, all are welcome to join us.
