In rural X-Kan, Mexico, access changes everything. For years, families here walked long distances for basic medical care, safe spaces for their children, and a place to gather in times of crisis.
Then a Hope Center was built alongside the local church. And almost immediately, the impact multiplied in ways nobody planned.

And the most lasting transformation is happening quietly, week after week. Families come for help and stay for fellowship. Parents begin attending worship. Discipleship groups form. Faith takes root.
Indigenous pastors and leaders rooted in X-Kan are shepherding every relationship. ICM didn't bring outsiders to lead this work. The building simply gave form to what God was already stirring.
