Shout out to Beacon Quality Eats for becoming the South Avenue Elementary School Garden Sponsor! That’s Jeff, one of the co-owners of BQE and Meyers Olde Dutch, who toured the garden yesterday, and learned about habitats during Garden Time! First graders built “bug hotels” and tasted kale during the lesson with Gardener A. Interested in sponsoring a school garden? We’d love to have you!

🧰 JOBOX up for grabs in Beacon! 🌱

Hi neighbors! We have a JOBOX storage chest at one of our school gardens in Beacon that’s ready for a new home. It’s sturdy, lockable, and perfect for tools, job sites, or garage storage.

We’re asking for a donation in exchange, and 100% of it goes straight to our organization to support our school garden programs. You would just need to be able to pick it up from the school.

Interested? Send us a message or comment below and we’ll set up a time. Please share with anyone who might need one! 💚
