Talk To Me About Cats Nonprofit TNR (trap-neuter-return) group dedicated to helping the homeless cats of Newburgh, NY & adopting cats and kittens to forever homes.

We are dedicated to helping the homeless cat population in Newburgh by building a network of volunteers to use the TNR method, and by educating residents of Newburgh and the surrounding area about the benefits of TNR and how to care for the feral, stray, and abandoned cats in our community by providing ongoing care (food, water, shelter, and medical treatment). TTMAC is committed to growing compassion towards our feline community and when possible places adoptable cats and kittens in both foster and permanent homes.

Not everyone has a dedicated room for fostering kittens. For long term or socialization fostering, crating kittens in your living room helps socialize them because they have no place to hide. They feel safe in a crate, especially if other pets are in the house.
it’s easy to create a condo by zip tying 2 large or XL dog crates together. Scroll through previous posts to see how the system works with actual kittens.

Every morning we share responsibilities for cleaning the crate. Buster is really into it.

No matter how many toys we give our kittens, the mousy is always the favorite. Go figure!

We like to change up the ‘furniture’ to give the kittens new enrichment. They really like the staircase! Buster & Keaton would love a home to explore, nap, and play. They both love pets and would be good with kids, friendly dogs, and another cat, or just themselves.
Neutered, Vaxed, FIV/Felv negative. Negative for parasites.
4-1/2 months old. They have been handled a lot, and do do mind nail trims.
All in all, we think they are the purrfect addition to a loving family.

It’s like an East Village apartment, relatively speaking. This is a very simple but efficient crate condo, allowing for ample room for exercise and enrichment for Buster & Keaton until the purrfect Foster or Furrever home steps up to care for these two bonded boys.
