As the colder weather approaches, we are raising funds to bring warmth to those experiencing homelessness on the streets of Newark. Our goal is to provide 200 individuals with a beanie, scarf, gloves, and warm winter socks the week before Thanksgiving.

It takes just $10 to help keep one person warm.

Consider skipping your favorite coffee for one day and using that $10 to make a difference in someone’s life. Something so small for us can mean so much to someone facing the cold without a warm place to call home.

We’re teaming up once again with Help2Feed this November to bring warmth and comfort to those in need as we prepare for the colder months ahead. 💙

With just a $10 donation, you can help us provide someone in need with a beanie, scarf, gloves, and warm winter socks. Every contribution makes a difference!

✨ Will you help us spread warmth and kindness this winter?

Last night, the Foundation met players from Brickcity Lions 7u and 8u football team. They were super excited and grateful to find out we were giving them new book bags. The smiles behind the helmets were priceless. We also got to meet Ms. Nadira, a team mom for 8u and an employee at Chancellor Avenue Elementary School who knew a few kids who could benefit from our donation and we immediately agreed to take care of them. 🙏🏼💙🖤🙏🏼

We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in Councilman Michael Silva’s Back2 to school event. Supporting Newark’s youth to feel confident and succeed in school. When we come together with a shared purpose, we can make an even greater impact on the children and families.

Yesterday, the Ricardo J. Barbosa Foundation proudly donated 25 book bags filled with school supplies to the Knockout Cares Annual Back-to-School Block Party & Drive!
We’re grateful for the opportunity to support our community and help local students start the school year ready to learn and succeed.

We look forward to partnering again to continue serving and uplifting our community! 🙌🏽
