is a Holistic non-profit Rites of Passage, Manhood Development Organizational effort. STEP incorporates within its structure, curriculums and many projects the various tools young men need to survive and then to prosper, particularly here in the urban setting.

The discoveries, the inventions, and the creations.
But let us not forget and/or belittle the memory of
the sister and brother soldiers. the warriors and the comrades, who fought tooth and nail, do or die, toe to toe, with enemies of a righteous people.

Let us not forget Harriet, Nat, Denmark, Toussaint,
Dessalines, Marcus, George, Johnathan, Fred, and the many other revolutionary freedom fighters who were born, transitioned and or who left us with powerful legacies of resistance and unwavering commitment in our collective fight for total and unconditional Liberation.
