The NYS budget may have passed – but we're not done fighting for ! 💪

TOMORROW we're joining our New York for All coalition partners for a coordinated statewide day of action at Governor Hochul's office. We'll be there with one voice: No Pol(ICE) Collusion! New Yorkers are united for NY4All! Join us!

The NYS budget delivers vital wins like Dignity Not Detention – but leaves a dangerous gap: local police are still colluding with ICE. New York State must end all collusion between local law enforcement and ICE. We need a clear bright-line rule and real safeguards. No one is safer when state and local resources help ICE terrorize our communities. Everyone is better off when New Yorkers can report a problem without fear of detention or deportation.
