As part of the “Enhancing Civil Society with University Engagement” program implemented by the High Atlas Foundation, in partnership with Mohammed First University and the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences in Oujda, and with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), students received an in-depth training session titled “Understanding and Applying Law No. 02.03 Through Real-Life Cases”, facilitated by Prof. Hamid Rbii.
The session focused on the rights of migrants and refugees, Morocco’s legal framework on migration and asylum, and the importance of aligning national legislation with international human rights standards to ensure dignity, equality, and access to justice for vulnerable groups.
Special thanks to Prof. Hamid Rbii and all participants for their active engagement and valuable contributions.
