This fall, we’re bringing the barn to your block!! 🌾

Join Senator Cordell Cleare and friends on Saturday, October 10, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Marcus Garvey Park for the first-ever Harlem Farms, a day that brings the full farm experience to Harlem for FREE and open to all!

There’ll be hands-on agricultural activities and live demonstrations, with farm-fresh food and tastings throughout the day. Featuring some very buzz-y additions from Bee Favored, special treats from Chobani, and additional food and drinks provided by Rethink Food and Gotham Food Pantry.

The event is in partnership with upstate senators Michelle Hinchey and George Borrello, as well as Cornell College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Come dig in, get your hands dirty, and eat your vegetables!

Garden Update -Due to (re)construction we weren’t able to plant until July. Mother Nature has been kind and more bountiful than we expected. This tomato was green last week. Today it was ripe & ready so Javi picked it! Isn’t she beautiful?🍅
