What started as an idea to bring together Balkan and American professionals has become a sold-out gathering of entrepreneurs, founders, executives, investors, and business leaders from across the United States and the Balkans.

Following its world premiere at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival, The Tale of Silyan has captured significant attention from critics and audiences worldwide, further strengthening the presence of Balkan cinema on the global stage.

National Geographic Documentary Films has acquired the rights for global distribution — a testament to the film’s authenticity, visual strength, and cultural importance.

Expanding Transatlantic Cooperation in the Textile Industry

I am delighted to share that the American-Balkan Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) has signed
a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Textile Trade Association – Textile
Cluster Macedonia, marking an important milestone in strengthening trade and investment
collaboration between the United States and Southeastern Europe.

Through this partnership, we aim to:
✅ Promote business and trade partnerships between U.S. and Macedonian textile and
apparel companies;
✅ Support innovation, skills development, circular economy and sustainability across the
value chain;
✅ Facilitate market access and connect Balkan textile producers with international buyers and
investors;
