The M Word Series, a virtual workshop on the 3rd Thursdays of the summer months, focuses on wellness tips to help manage the most common issues affecting people of all walks of life.

For Men's Health month, 3 men will explore their health journeys with a focus on the challenges men face as provider, protector, and survivor. This session is open to men and the women who need some insights on handling health challenges with the special men in their lives.
