The AGBU Global Leadership Program is tailored to unite Armenian youth from all parts of the world to gain hands-on experience and industry exposure in their field of study. The AGBU Global Leadership Program unites Armenian youth from all over the world, encouraging their personal and professional growth through hands-on experience and industry exposure in their field of study. With personalized placements in stimulating work environments, each participant is connected to like-minded professionals, getting an early start in building their career network as they acquire new skills to use beyond their time in school/university. Various activities, such as mentorship, panel discussions, workshops with community leaders and keynote speakers, develop and equip participants with the tools necessary to develop their individual leadership style. Our goal is to expose Armenians to leadership practices in various countries and encourage them to find ways to bring those same leadership skills to their home communities.

Repost - AGBUArmenia

Participants of the AGBU Global Leadership Program, in addition to gaining professional experience, are also introduced to Armenia’s rich cultural heritage and traditions. As part of the program, young Armenians from the Diaspora visited Armenia’s historical and cultural landmarks, explored Armenian cuisine, and learned traditional Armenian dances.

Particularly memorable were the Zhingyalov hats making workshop and the joint performance with the students of the Nork Children’s Center, operating under the auspices of AGBU and the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

The GLP Yerevan journey is about more than exploring Armenia. It’s about growing as leaders and as individuals.

Through a series of engaging workshops, our participants explored leadership, Armenian identity, geopolitics, and even how to strengthen their LinkedIn presence.

Each session gave them new perspectives, practical skills, and the confidence to better understand themselves, share their stories, and take their next steps in their career and professional growth.
