STOMP Out Bullying

STOMP Out Bullying STOMP Out Bullying® is recognized as the most influential anti-bullying organization in America.

Both the STOMP Out Bullying Program™ and its Annual WORLD DAY OF BULLYING PREVENTION - BLUE SHIRT DAY™ initiative bring awareness and educates kids and teens, parents and schools about the issue. It offers hope for every student who experiences the harmful effects of bullying and teaches parents to keep open communication with their kids and teens and to look for signs. It also educates school adm

Freedom stories matter.

Juneteenth honors resilience, truth, and the ongoing work of ensuring that every voice has the opportunity to be heard and valued.

As we reflect today, consider the stories that have shaped your understanding of others and the stories we still have a responsibility to share.

❤️🖤💚 Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom, resilience, culture, and progress.

It is also a reminder of the importance of listening, learning, and continuing the work of creating a more just and inclusive world for everyone.

Today, we honor Black history, Black voices, and Black communities whose strength and contributions continue to shape our country in powerful ways.

As we celebrate Juneteenth, may we also continue choosing empathy, respect, education, and unity in the way we show up for one another every day. ✨

You may never know the impact of a small act of kindness.

A text.
A compliment.
An invitation.
A smile.
A moment of encouragement.

What feels small to you may be exactly what someone else needed that day.

Never underestimate the power of making someone feel like they belong.

🤖 AI is becoming part of everyday life for kids and teens. That means we need conversations about how to use it in healthy, balanced ways.

AI can help with homework, creativity, brainstorming, and learning new things. But it should never replace trusted adults, real friendships, or emotional support from people who genuinely care.

When someone is struggling, lonely, anxious, or hurting, human connection matters. 💙

Parents, caregivers, and educators can help by:
📱 Talking openly about AI use
🧠 Encouraging critical thinking online
💬 Checking in about emotional well-being
🌎 Helping kids stay connected to real-world relationships and activities

Technology is changing quickly. Compassion, connection, and community still matter just as much as ever.

🌎 Different backgrounds.
Different stories.
Different experiences.
One shared humanity.

Race Unity Day is a reminder that understanding begins when we stay open to learning from one another instead of judging one another.

The more we listen, celebrate cultures different from our own, and speak out against racism and hate, the stronger our communities become.

Unity is built in everyday moments:
✨ Inviting someone in
✨ Having conversations that matter
✨ Challenging stereotypes
✨ Choosing empathy over division

A more inclusive world starts with how we show up for each other. 💙

Sometimes when people are bullied, they start asking:
"What's wrong with me?"

But bullying is not a reflection of your value.

Bullying is often about power, control, or someone else's need to put another person down.

You are not defined by the way someone chooses to treat you.

You deserve respect.
You deserve support.
And you deserve people who see your worth.

💙 If you're struggling, talk to someone you trust.
