STOMP Out Bullying

STOMP Out Bullying STOMP Out Bullying® is recognized as the most influential anti-bullying organization in America.

Both the STOMP Out Bullying Program™ and its Annual WORLD DAY OF BULLYING PREVENTION - BLUE SHIRT DAY™ initiative bring awareness and educates kids and teens, parents and schools about the issue. It also educates school adm

Funds raised for the campaign go towards helping kids and teens in need of help and at risk of su***de, in-school education, public awareness and education, a dedicated web site, brochures and materials to assist bullying and cyberbullying prevention education and peer mentoring in schools.

Supporting mental wellness does not require having all the answers. Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is simply show up with compassion, patience, and understanding. 💙

Here are a few ways to support mental wellness in your everyday life:
✔ Encourage open conversations about emotions
✔ Remind young people they do not have to handle everything alone
✔ Normalize asking for help and seeking support
✔ Make time for rest, connection, and self-care
✔ Lead with compassion for yourself and others
✔ Listen to understand instead of rushing to fix

Small actions can make a big difference in how supported someone feels. 🌱

Your mental wellness deserves daily attention, care, and compassion.

Here are a few simple ways to support your well-being:

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers, grandmothers, moms-to-be, and mother figures who fill lives with love, strength, and care. 🌸

Today, we celebrate the compassion, support, and countless ways you show up for others each and every day.

Mother’s Day can also hold many emotions, so today we honor all who nurture, love, remember, grieve, hope, and care in their own way.

💗 In honor of this day, let’s share a little extra kindness. Reach out, show appreciation, lift someone up, or simply remind someone they matter.

The most meaningful gifts are often love, gratitude, and kindness.

Let’s today and celebrate the incredible impact of mothers and mother figures everywhere. ❤️🌷

What happens when people speak honestly about bullying, identity, self-worth, and resilience? Real conversations begin. 💙

This year’s Culture Shock panel reminded students that they are not alone in what they are facing and that their voices, experiences, and identities matter.

From conversations about bullying and exclusion to self-acceptance and speaking up for others, the panel created space for honesty, empathy, and understanding.
✨ “That hurt my feelings.”
✨ “You do not have to go through it alone.”
✨ “Your story matters.”

These moments may seem simple, but they can change the way someone sees themselves and others.
