What if one afternoon could change the trajectory of a young woman's life?

At Hope Ignites New York, celebrity makeup artist and CEO Andrea Fairweather joined our Pink Table Talks series, sharing how passion, perseverance, and entrepreneurship transformed an unconventional dream into an extraordinary career.

From working with , Linsey Davis, , , , , , and to breaking barriers as the first woman of color to serve as a key makeup artist for ABC's , Andrea's journey demonstrates what's possible when talent meets determination.

But her greatest contribution wasn't her impressive résumé. It was helping our scholars recognize that their passions have value, their ambitions deserve investment, and their futures are not limited by their circumstances.

At Hope Ignites New York, we provide young people with a Home, an Education, and a Future. But it takes an extraordinary community to help them envision all that the future can hold.

Andrea gave one afternoon. Our scholars gained a new perspective on what's possible.

To the women building businesses, leading industries, and breaking barriers: Your story can light the way, spark hope, and show the next generation what's possible.

You've built a legacy. Now help her imagine hers.

Pull up a chair. Become a Pink Table Talks mentor.
