Ebony enrolled in STRIVE Birmingham's Sterile Processing Technician training while recovering from a kidney transplant and caring full-time for two young children, one with special needs. Despite these challenges, she persisted. Ebony completed the program, earned her credentials and became the first graduate from her cohort to land a job in the field. Today, Ebony and her family are thriving.
