Bangladeshi American Postal Employees Association Inc. and Mazumder Foundation Inc. organized the blood drive in front of the post office at 903 3rd Ave in Manhattan. Partnered with The New York Blood Center, we reached the unexpectedly high amount of 27 blood donors just within 6 hours. We are grateful to all postal employees, the New York Blood Center staff, and the many willing participants in New York for helping us make this possible. We hope to continue our work in other places Inshallah.
