What a moment. What an impact. 🐾💛

Across Bukedea and Kampala, our World Veterinary Day clinics came together to deliver real, measurable change reaching 1,866 animals, administering 1,772 rabies vaccines, and conducting 428 life-changing sterilization surgeries across 17 community clinics.

This would not have been possible without the incredible support of SPCA International and ePawxy Art by Kanishka 🐾 , whose commitment helped bring these clinics to life and ensured we could reach the communities that needed us most.

A special appreciation to our implementation partners Vetconekt and USAPA for standing with us every step of the way delivering these life-saving services with dedication, expertise, and heart.

Together, this is how we move closer to rabies-free communities and a future where every animal has a chance. 🐶💛

Nakawa showed up and the impact speaks for itself. 🐾💛

Over the weekend, our community clinics reached:

93 animals served
93 rabies vaccinations administered
28 spay & neuter surgeries completed

Each number represents a step toward safer, healthier communities protecting animals, preventing future suffering, and reducing the risk of rabies.

A big thank you to our partners and KCCA for working alongside us to make this possible.

And when the community shows up the way they did today it makes every bit of that work worth it.

We’ll be offering free rabies vaccinations, spay & neuter surgeries, and pet care education for young pet guardians.

Bussi Island — the final stop. 🐾💛

Yesterday, we concluded our Rabies Free Campaign in Busiro in one of the most remote communities we’ve reached yet. Our team, led by USAPA, crossed by ferry to bring care where it’s rarely accessible.

While the turnout was lower than expected largely due to the realities of a hunting community and limited awareness the impact still matters:

39 animals served
39 rabies vaccinations
27 spay & neuter surgeries

In places like this, progress looks different. It’s slower. It takes trust. It takes showing up again and again.

Because the fight against rabies doesn’t stop where it’s hardest that’s exactly where it matters most.

And we’ll keep showing up. 🐶💛

Katabi Town Council every life matters. 🐾💛

Yesterday, our partners at USAPA continued the Rabies Free Campaign in Busiro, bringing vital veterinary services directly to the community.

63 animals served
61 rabies vaccinations administered
25 spay & neuter surgeries completed

While the turnout may have been smaller than at some of our previous clinics, every animal vaccinated is another layer of protection for the community, and every surgery helps prevent future suffering before it begins.

The fight against rabies isn’t won in a single day or by a single clinic. It’s won one community, one family, and one animal at a time.

Thank you to everyone who brought their pets, helped spread the word, and continues to stand with us as we work toward safer, healthier, rabies-free communities. 🐶💛

Entebbe showed up and the impact is real. 🐾💛

Yesterday at the Mayor’s Gardens, as part of our Rabies Free Campaign in Busiro, the community came together in a powerful way.

132 animals served
124 rabies vaccinations
45 spay & neuter surgeries

In a region still facing the effects of a rabies outbreak, these aren’t just numbers they are protection, prevention, and hope. Every vaccine brings us closer to stopping the spread. Every surgery helps prevent future suffering before it begins.

This is what it looks like when a community chooses action.

Across the communities we serve, access to veterinary care is not guaranteed but through our community clinics, we are changing that. 🐾💛

We show up where the need is greatest, offering free rabies vaccinations, spay & neuter surgeries, and pet care education to families who would otherwise go without.

Because when one animal is protected, an entire community becomes safer. When one guardian is educated, the impact lasts for generations.

This is more than a clinic it’s a step toward a future where care is accessible, and every animal has a chance.

Yesterday, 189 animals were brought in each one representing a family that cares, a community that refuses to look away, and a chance to stop something bigger.
