The mission of Pure Legacee Inc is to serve as a haven of healing for females ages 16-21 who have experienced trauma as a direct result of the criminal justice system and/or aging out of foster care and facing homelessness. provides an alternative to incarceration and advocates for justice reform at a grassroots level. PLI uses training and advocacy as tools to impact systemic change. Pure Legacee

Inc. envisions a world where girls obtain safety and wellness after injury directly caused by the criminal justice system; where tools and resources are provided to break the cycle of incarceration and homelessness, and where grassroots advocacy becomes tangible policy reformation. To accomplish this, our mission is to serve as a place to heal while addressing systemic trauma and advocating for the amelioration of current justice structures.

Tomorrow, April 16th from 5PM–7PM, PureLegacee will join H.O.L.LA! and The Kabaka, Alice and Luqmon Institute at Women Build Up for a powerful and intentional gathering centered on reflection, connection, and collective growth.

Together, we will honor the work, legacy, and spirit behind the creation of the KAL Institute, while reaffirming our commitment to carry forward the work of those who came before us.

At PureLegacee, we remain dedicated to empowering girls and young women impacted by incarceration, foster care, and systemic trauma—supporting them as they reclaim their stories, rewrite their futures, and lead with purpose.
