There are no complicated forms and no need to explain your circumstances. Simply take what you need.

If you’re able to help, you can leave unopened, unexpired food for the next neighbor.

📞 Calls asking you to verify your Medicare number
💳 Offers of new plastic or gold Medicare cards
🏥 Promises of free medical equipment or testing
📱 Fake MyChart messages asking for personal information
💚 REMEMBER: Never share your Medicare number or personal details with someone who contacts you unexpectedly. If you're unsure, hang up and contact Medicare directly at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227).
