SURGE UPDATE

Hello Everyone I wanted inform you on the progress of our New Orleans Faith based community center. We have just extended our lease and initiating the purchase process.
The total project cost will be just in the neighborhood of $5 to $6 million dollars.

We are working with a team comprised of a community development firm, fundraising personnel, business attorney, pastors, community leaders and sports personalities. Our goal is to raise the $5 to $6 million in the next 24 months.

Presently we're working our way through code and zoning restrictions. I will keep you posted as we proceed. Once the campaign materials are developed, I will be reaching out to all of you. You know I will, and be ready to help, even if it's $1. Unlike most on social media I have a personal relationship with all of my "friends". Hence the reason I have so few.

Power the Property: Help Us Install Lights Now

We are raising $5,000 to install a temporary power pole that will bring lighting to our property.

Right now, everything slows down when the sun goes down. Without lighting, we are limited in how we use, secure, and activate the space.

This is a simple but critical step forward.

With proper lighting, we will be able to:

Create a safer environment for youth, volunteers, and the community
Expand how the property is used beyond daylight hours
Strengthen visibility, security, and overall access to the space

This is not a long-term project—this is an immediate need with immediate impact.

Every contribution moves us closer to turning the lights on and moving our mission forward in real time.

Once we reach the $5,000 goal, installation begins immediately.
