“Whenever two people come together and their behavior affects one another, you have etiquette.” -Emily Post

Our chapter hosted an etiquette evening with students from Warren Easton High School at the historic Dooky Chase Restaurant in Treme. They learned not only about dining etiquette but enjoyed a fashion show that highlighted different styles. We are also grateful for our hostess Stella Chase who provided the young ladies with an important lesson on the restaurant’s place in Civil Rights history.
