Sometimes life isn’t fair. We lost an amazing friend. Carrie Stetson
The community came together and we had a fundraiser tonight. We were blown away that we actually won the Railway Cafe bag. Carrie was the most amazing volunteer for our rescue and we are honored that we won this tonight! You know she’s looking down on us!  Please stay tuned to see the animals that we have saved that we’re going to honor her about!  We love you Carrie and we miss you

We saved a stray dog last week who had been living on the streets in Cleveland, TX and was possibly hit by a car and nobody was doing anything to help and Rosas Reyna reached out to ask if we can take her and of course we said yes. We named her Railway in honor of Carrie Stetson ♥️

She has a long road ahead with possible surgery on her leg or amputation but we will make sure she gets whatever she needs. She is about 8 months old and 38 lbs. She will be spayed soon and for now we have her on pain meds and crate rest with an amazing foster.

Meet Aurora! She is about 3 years old and 65 lbs! We are in desperate need of a Foster preferably a female only home or time to adjust to men as she is terrified of men!  She is recovering from FHO surgery (and doing amazing) as we assume she was hit by a car and had successful surgery over 2 months ago and would significantly benefit from daily walks and small hikes to buildup the scar tissue and muscle. She’s 100% house trained and doesn’t need to be in a crate. She sleeps on her bed all night long! Great on leash!

She is such a good girl. She will sleep in or out of a crate. Loves her female person. She is not fond of men. But is not agressive at all towards them. Will follow you everywhere like a chihuahua 🤣. Loves to be pet. She is big dog, small dog, and cat friendly. This girl doesnt have an aggressive bone in her body! Potty trained. Will whine and walk around to let you know she needs to go outside to potty. She is the whole package.
