The Clay Arsenal Community Development Corporation (CACDC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants and firms to lead the development of our comprehensive 10-Year Strategic Plan.

As Connecticut's first certified Community Development Corporation established under state legislation focused on reducing concentrated poverty, CACDC is building a roadmap for transformative neighborhood investment, economic mobility, housing stability, workforce development, digital equity, public safety, and community wealth-building.

We are looking for a partner with experience in strategic planning, community development, resident engagement, and equitable neighborhood revitalization to help us create a bold, actionable vision for the next decade.
