Tick season is here! Ticks live in grassy, brushy, or wooded areas, or on animals, and can cause lyme disease. Protect yourself, your children, and your pets by using tick repellent, avoiding high grass and leaf litter, and checking for ticks when you come inside. For the best chance of catching and removing any ticks shower within two hours of coming inside and check under the arms, in and around the ears, inside belly button, back of the knees, in and around the hair, between the legs, and around the waist.
