On Monday, 9/14, after a long day on trial in the Municipal Court in Elizabeth, NJ, three of the Port Elizabeth 4 defendants, Teresa Grady, Danny Creamer, and Mark Scibilia-Carver, were found guilty by Judge Roman Montes of all three charges for blocking the roadway to the Port of Elizabeth last October. The four were among an autonomous group of 100 standing in the road, stopping ZIM and Maersk trucks from delivering weapons to the Maersk Sentosa ship, delivering up to 1,000 tons weekly, to the Port of Haifa to be used in Israel’s genocide. The four repeatedly went into the first lane, already blocked by a police vehicle, and were arrested for not following orders from police to clear the roadway.

What will the consequences be? The Washington Post reported on August 13, 2026, that at least 45 U.S. MQ-9A Reaper drones have been shot down or crashed out of control in the U.S.-Israeli assault against Iran that began in February this year.

DAWN (Democracy for the Arab World Now) and Taxpayers Alliance Against Genocide, on July 15, are announcing a lawsuit against the Trump administration to seek a court order allowing them to turn over a dossier of war crimes and genocide evidence to the International Criminal Court in Brussels. Under a Trump executive order, it is illegal for US citizens to communicate with the ICC; the federal government can punish people who provide research and evidence to the international prosecutor for a full investigation by freezing their bank accounts and credit.

The United States and Israel initiated strikes on Iran over one month ago, on February 28, 2026. The attack was a clear violation of the United Nations Charter.
