UJCES was thrilled to attend the NYC Department for the Aging “Style Is Timeless” Fashion Show during Fashion Week at FIT NYC ✨

Our very own jewelry teacher and talented fashion designer, Barbara Bass, showcased her designs and even modeled them herself!

So much fun watching these talented women take the runway and show us that style truly is timeless🔥

Dear Community,

As we enter the High Holy Days, we reflect on the rich tapestry of the past year, celebrating the joyful moments we’ve shared together in our programs, honoring the memories that bind us, and looking ahead to how we can continue to support one another as friends, neighbors, and community members.

Moving from the sweet beginnings of Rosh Hashanah into the quiet introspection of Yom Kippur, we ask for forgiveness, cherish the deep wisdom that comes with each passing year, and pray to be inscribed in the Book of Life for another year of health, warmth, and meaningful time spent together.

From all of us, we wish you and your loved ones a sweet, healthy New Year and an easy, meaningful fast: Shanah Tovah U'Metukah and G'mar Chatimah Tovah!
