Your body keeps score of every choice you repeat. Same meals, same excuses, same scroll-till-midnight routine build the same tired, sluggish, stressed-out version of you. A different life starts with a different day. Move your body today. Drink the water. Choose the plate that fuels you instead of drains you. Go to bed on time tonight. Small shifts, done daily, become the health you keep saying you want.

Doulas carry whole families through the most sacred moments of life. They hold space, hold hands, and hold hope when it matters most. Black doulas especially close the gap in maternal care and bring culturally rooted support to birth spaces that need it. Tag a doula who showed up for you or someone you love. Let's flood the comments with the appreciation she deserves and let's give them their flowers. πŸ’

Somewhere along the way, we were taught that our health outcomes were already written. They are not.

Every choice you make today rewrites the story for you and everyone who comes after you. 30 minutes. A glass of water. A doctor's appointment. Small moves, generational impact.

Save this. Share it with the person in your family who needs to hear it most

Consider this your sign. Close the news. Put the phone down. Go find something that makes you feel at peace. Joy is resistance. Joy is protection. Joy is yours.

Save this when you need a reminder. Share it with someone who forgot to rest.

40 is the new screening age for us. No excuses. Book the appointment.

Protect yourself:
- Get screened starting at age 40
- Load up on fiber - beans, greens, sweet potatoes, lentils
- Move your body at least 30 minutes a day
- Know your family history and share it with your doctor
- Cut processed and red meats from your regular rotation
- Drink water. Stay hydrated. Keep your gut moving.

Your community needs you here. Do the work. πŸ™πŸΎ

A parasite outbreak is spreading across the U.S. - and New York is feeling it.

Over 400 cases confirmed in NYC alone, with numbers running 3x higher than last year at this time. Health officials have linked the outbreak to fresh produce and are investigating fast food chains including Taco Bell.

Our communities already face bigger barriers to healthcare - delayed diagnoses, limited access, and under-resourced neighborhoods. We can't afford to wait for the news to reach us late.

Swipe through, get the facts, and share this with everyone in your circle. πŸ–€

Ask your doctor for a Cyclospora test by name. Standard tests miss it.

πŸ”— Tag someone in NY who needs to see this.
