Epic Southcoast EPIC Southcoast is dedicated to making the creative vision of the people of Southcoast MA the fabric of the physical reality we live in.

We do that by bringing people together through participatory cultural events and establishing partnerships that support other Southcoast artists and visionaries. Our mission is to enhance community life on the Southcoast of Massachusetts with free, inclusive, collaborative, creative opportunities for all. Through the arts we stress intentional place making, sculpting our shared community concept,

building our present and future culture together, and celebrating all the unique and diverse people we are. Every place is a concept, join us in the playful work of building a concept worthy of the word home.

The original EPIC Southcoast street piano is back in time for AHA! New Bedford NBMA Pride block party! Head over to the Bristol Building (752 Purchase St) and play some tunes. Oh yeah, and pretty please tag us in your performance photos and videos!

This is the beginning of big things coming and coming very soon! Stay tuned for 2 more street pianos in NB made possible by New Bedford Creative and one coming to Taunton as well in conjunction with Taunton Cultural Council, Downtown Taunton Foundation , and with help from The Center on Main | Taunton MA !

A new month is here and so is our calendar of FREE community programming. Join us for a Balance & Swing Contradance on on Thursday June 11th in partnership with AHA! New Bedford for AHA! PRIDE at the New Bedford Whaling Museum 6-8PM .

Later in the month we will be heading over to The Center on Main in Taunton for our first of a series of events , an Old Time Fiddle Session and Community Gathering on June 21st from 1-3 PM .

These events are funded in part by the New Bedford Cultural Council and Taunton Cultural council, part of Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
