New coffee drop: Finca Las Mercedes Gesha. 🇨🇴☕️

Meet our newest coffee, roasted in-house at Humphreys Street, the social enterprise of Harvest Hands.

Finca Las Mercedes is Juan Carlos Guerra’s family farm in Antioquia, Colombia, where this Gesha is grown at an incredible 1,900 meters. The high elevation and unique climate help produce the exceptional qualities Colombia is known for.

In the cup, expect muscadine grape-like acidity and sweetness, aromatic maple, and a smooth chocolate finish. 🍇🍁🍫

This Gesha is a beautiful example of the incredible potential of Colombian coffee, and we’re especially loving it as a pour over or espresso.

Ricardo is taking you behind the scenes at Humphreys Street, the social enterprise of Harvest Hands, where roasting, brewing, and handcrafted goods are part of something much bigger.

Through Harvest Hands, students in our Nashville community are employed and educated, gaining valuable skills, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into leaders who can make a positive impact in their own neighborhood.

When you shop Humphreys Street, you’re not just bringing home something handcrafted—you’re helping support that mission. Profits are reinvested into programs and scholarship opportunities for the students we serve.

From roasting to brewing to the final cup, every part of the process is about crafting opportunity and investing in community. 🤎

☕️ New coffee drop: Finca Las Mercedes

Introducing a special coffee from Juan Carlos Guerra’s family farm in Antioquia, Colombia. Grown at a minimum elevation of 1,800 meters, the unique climate found at high elevations helps this coffee develop the signature quality Colombia is known for.

At the farm, this coffee undergoes a coconut fermentation process, creating an unforgettable profile with subtle coconut undertones throughout the cup, fragrant herbal notes of rosemary, and a soft, silky body reminiscent of milk tea.

We highly recommend enjoying Finca Las Mercedes as a pour over or espresso to experience every layer this coffee has to offer.
