a thousand members from all over the world have connected with others who share common

Kathy Reno was awarded the Pillar of Pride award, and Sondra Quinn was honored for her 20 years of membership. A very special thank you to Abbie Slack, who passed the gavel to Mercy Abrams.

Our annual bus trip took us to in Fort Myers, where we learned about Southwest Florida’s ecosystem and environmental issues. Highlights included a film at the planetarium, viewing rescue animals, exploring the butterfly garden and raptor aviary, and joining a guided nature walk.
We also visited FGCU’s Food Forest, a student-run edible garden focused on sustainable gardening and nutrition, followed by a tour of Nature’s Canvas at FGCU’s library, an art exhibition showcasing the region’s ecological beauty.

Wonderful monthly Membership meeting. We started with a recap of our successful weekend hosting the House and Garden tour. We then recognized 3 members who have been with the Club for 20 years. The main event was having wow us with his beautiful arrangements. A few lucky members went home with his stunning designs. Tomorrow he will host a member design class. A great way to start a cold February 🌺🪻🌷
