My dear friend Leo was a pediatric intern in Cuba last year. He approached me and asked if I could help him get out of Cuba to Uruguay because if he took his final exam in Cuba they would take his passport and he'd be stuck there forever. I got together with a few people and we with God's help made it happen. Yesterday he took his exam and is now a general practitioner in Uruguay!! Congratulations to Dr Leo Freeman. God is good!!

I just wanted to get on here today and give you a update on what C4C has been doing. I've been in touch with a Pastor of a church in Holguin that I've worked with for awhile now. They have no electricity, only solar phone chargers. No fridge, no stove, nothing. I've been shipping lots of tuna vacuum packages of different types. I send chicken and imitation crab. This last box ( I've been sending a box every 12 days) had 200 packs. I put other food items like powdered milk enough to make 100 quarts. Of course I sent cookies and tooth brushes. I've had 2 yard sales, people donate money. I even had a friend of my daughters collect money at her Salon in Texas for C4C. It takes a village. About 70 people go to the church and are blessed. The Pastor divides it up.

Goodmorning, I am collecting vacuum packed tuna, chicken, salmon, beef jerky. Basically any protein that doesn't have to be refrigerated. Not cans please, they weigh to much which increases shipping prices. In Cuba people are struggling, no refrigeration because they don't have any electricity.So no way to cook either. I heard some people were burning furniture so they could cook. They need lots of prayer. I'll be happy to pick up anything you'd like to buy assuming you live in Nalles, Estero,It Myers, Marco area. Last weekend about 4 of us got together and put together a yard sale. We made enough to fly 55 lbs of packets of tuna, chicken, salmon and crab. These packs are vacuum packed so no refrigeration needed. As you might know the Cubans dont have electricity most of the day so they need to have things to eat that doesnt need to be put in the fridge. Also high protein food is a plus. Please pray for Cuba! So many people are very sick with a couple serious viruses. They don't have antibiotics but Im being told they wouldn't help anyway. Prayer does work, so please pray.

Happy Thanksgiving to my family and friends. Oh how I wish I could bring my turkey dinner x a million to Cuba so everyone could have some. The food situation is heartbreaking and so is the electricity and medicine/supplies situation. Please remember Cuba in your prayers. Ill be going the 1st part of March 2026. If can't come fast enough.
