August looked like teen girls trying on new outfits and new confidence at our Back to School Fashion Show. It looked like a packed room at the Jr. HER Story Conference, two days of real talk about career, identity, and the next step forward.

It looked like a fundraiser night out at the ballpark with the Kane County Cougars, and a room full of women swapping resume tips and encouragement at EmpowHERed to Rise, hosted alongside Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment.

In between all of that: workshops, mentor sessions, and a whole lot of women showing up for each other, one Saturday at a time.

None of it happens without this community. Thank you for making August one to remember.

Our very first Jr. Her Story Conference was a day to remember 💖 We loved connecting with and growing alongside the next generation of leaders.

Thank you to our speakers Marla Kloeckner-Lord Kaylah Arie | Licensed Cosmetologist ☆ Laurel | Parent Coach | Behavior Analyst Anne Scharm Sidio for building so much confidence and educating the next generation of girls to navigate the world.



THRIVEFest Health, Wellness, Fitness Festival brought our community together for a day full of movement, wellness, and connection 🌸



Our Back to School Fashion Show reminded these young women just how beautiful and confident they truly are ✨
