Joshua 1:9 reminds us that even in the midst of fear, we are not alone.
It speaks to the moments that feel overwhelming… when memories linger, when your body feels on edge, when strength feels distant.
And still, there is an invitation:
from fear → to courage
from overwhelm → to steadiness
from isolation → to presence
Healing doesn’t mean the story never held pain—it means you don’t have to carry it alone.
This PTSD Awareness Month, we are holding space for both the weight of trauma and the courage it takes to keep moving forward. 🤍
