THE THETA IOTA CHAPTER MEMORABILIA ITEMS AUCTION STARTS NOW. IT WILL END AT 8 PM CENTRAL TIME ON JUNE 11, 2020.
PLEASE READ THE AUCTION RULES AND ABIDE BY THEM.
1) You must be a Theta Iota Member, a Sigma Nu in good standing or a family member of one to purchase any item.
2) Opening bids (first bid) for each item is $5.
3) Incremental bids must be $5 or more than the previous bid on each item.
4) The auction will end promptly at 8 pm Central Time on June 11, 2020. Bids received after 8 pm will not be accepted.
5) TO PLACE A BID - go to the comment section of the item you want and place your bid by leaving a comment with your bid amount. Remember, the opening bid must be $5 or more. Any bids you make to beat the current winning bid should be $5 or more then the previous bid.
6) Winners to be notified through Facebook (and/or other source if deemed appropriate).
7) All items MUST BE PICKED UP AND PAID FOR within 3 days. You can pick them at Friday June 12 from 6 pm to 8 pm, Saturday June 13 from 9 am until 12 Noon and Sunday June 14 from 9 am until 12 noon. These are the only times you, or a person you designate, can pick up your items. PICK UP LOCATION: 4425 BUCHANAN LANE, FRANKLIN, TN 37064. (Do not drive in grass or park in grass. Park on the street or driveway)
8) Payment to be made at pick up using CASH or CHECK only.
9) If winner fails to payor pick up item, the next highest bidder will have the opportunity to buy the item.
10) The organizers of this event will settle and disputes or discrepancies as seen fit and have final word.
11) If the Theta Iota chapter is able to and does return to the MTSU campus in the future, it is hoped you will return the item to the chapter and gift the item back to the active chapter.
12) ALL proceeds from this auction will be compiled with the remaining cash balance that Theta Iota HC has and used to initiate a settlement with the TBR and MTSU to attempt to wipe out our existing debt. BID HIGH AND BID OFTEN.
13) Please notify everyone you know but know this, ALL BIDS MUST BE PLACED HERE ON THIS PAGE AND NO WHERE ELSE. We will let anyone join the page who asks. Sharing is great bid only bids that are on this page under each photo will be honored.
14) All items that do not receive a bid will be for sale on day of pick up and after the third pick up day, will be discarded.
