The Yard has come a LONG way in just a few short years! We can never express how thankful we are for the numerous volunteers & funders that made it possible. Congratulations to our partners at the Muncie Land Bank! They provide an incredibly important service to our community!!

Yesterday, the Muncie Land Bank reached a significant milestone — 100 property sales. These properties, acquired through the tax sale, nonprofit donation, government transfer, and private acquisition, have been carefully placed in the hands of responsible owners, returning to the tax rolls and supporting essential local services.

From sidelots to new homes, neighborhood residents, local developers, and community partners have helped restore, improve, and re-activate these once-forgotten properties.

Thank you, Muncie. We look forward to continuing to work alongside you to help our city thrive.
