Greater Muncie, Indiana Habitat for Humanity believes that every man, woman and child should have a Volunteers may volunteer as little or as much as they wish.

Greater Muncie Habitat for Humanity believes that every man, woman and child should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. Habitat for Humanity builds and repairs houses using volunteer labor and donations. Our partner families purchase these houses through no-profit, no-interest mortgage loans or innovative financing methods. Donors and volunteers are the lifeblood of Habitat for Humanity’s work in Muncie. We welcome everyone to join us in many ways to build hope for our family partners in need. There is no minimum requirement for volunteering.

This weekend, our Women Build teams showed what happens when compassion meets determination!

Friday — Team First Merchants, led by the amazing Alisa McPhearson, brought incredible energy, skill, and teamwork to the build site.

Saturday — Team Hospitalist Grus and Minions, led by the inspiring Cindy Dinse, kept the momentum going with dedication and smiles that could light up the whole neighborhood.

Because of YOU, we’re building not just homes, but hope — and creating stronger, safer communities for families who need them most. 🏡✨

Things are heating up on the build site, and we’ve got some major team rivalry brewing!

In one corner, we have Team Wild Thangs, bringing raw power, untamed energy, and unmatched hammering skills. In the other corner, Team Zumba is bringing the rhythm, the footwork, and a level of coordination that makes framing a house look like a dance routine!

While Team Wild Thangs claims they can raise a wall faster than you can say "timber," Team Zumba insists they can do it while staying perfectly on beat. 🎶

We love the energy, the laughs, and the friendly competition, but most importantly, we love seeing these two incredible teams come together for an amazing cause. 🏡🩵
