I have a ask. I have a friend whose like a grandma in her upper 70s that lives in Colorado she retired and makes cards. And has graciously chose to hand make cards and donate them to us there's about 400. I am looking for people who may go to craft/vendor shows, or own buisnesses. That maybe willing to sell these cards for us at their registers or booths. And how much you think they could be sold for.

All the money would be used for A Voice For Kids INC Christmas and programs.

Christmas lists are coming in. Here's a sneak peek of a sibling group we have. These are not up to be taken yet. But when they are placed on one of our trees in the over 100 buisnesses partners we have they will be taped together to ensure the siblings get the same amount. Please consider sponsoring sibling groups. Now all three of these kiddos want a Tablet you can get them cheap on Amazon. But looking back at my foster care story I was 16 without a phone or tablet and no way to communicate with the outside world except my school laptop. Kids in foster care don't get the luxury of having phones whose going to pay for the plan?

Plastic stands are desperately needed. I spend $100 yesterday on the labels we print on tags and some stands but it was prime days so I got them significantly cheaper and 70 pens. If your willing to buy any plastic stands for us or a business willing to let us borrow some. Let me know. And I do have them on our amazon wishlist.

With over 90 businesses across central northeast Indiana it’s a challenge to ensure we have all the nessesary items as we go into the holiday season. On today’s lesson teaching aged out foster alumni and their children basic car maintenance. How to take a tire off, how to change wiper blades, how to change a lightbulb, how to check oil, how to check cabin filter. All basic skills that foster youth miss out on learning by not having parental figures in their lives. This is one of my favorite jobs I am tasked with every year to be able to teach lifelong lessons that foster youth will be able to take with them for years to come.

On today’s agenda. Young men who have aged out of the system leaning on other men to face the challenges in life that so many young men in foster care age out and have to face alone. Without parents, support, and a listening ear. That’s the kind of support ALL IN provides to aged out foster youth. Proud to work with them to provide a space since 2022.
