Night time view in the cat lounge! Thank you to everyone for an outstanding day! We had a great turnout at our annual Halloween party, survived an hour and a half credit card machine outage and had a packed cat lounge all day. So many new visitors and so many compliments. We sure appreciate all of you! The kitties are very grateful for your support. We have lots of Halloween treats still available for sale in the lobby. As a reminder, we will be closed from 3 to 5 tomorrow for a sold out painting with Cats class!

Lost cat alert:
Hello! I was wondering if yall could possibly post something about our missing cat? We live on W grand Ave right off Broadway.
Her name is Acorn. She is a sweetheart and will come if you call her name. She is probably very scared. She does not like loud noises. We believe she got out Wednesday afternoon or Thursday.

Adoption story number 2161, is adorable ginger, Colonel Roy Mustang. This very sweet young guy was fostered by Ben and named after a Fullmetal Alchemist character. Megan had visited the Cat lounge multiple times being very intentional about finding the perfect match for her home, and it didn’t take long for this handsome boy to win her heart. Colonel Roy Mustang is going to be the only spoiled kitty in his home where he is sure to live a life of much happiness. Congratulations to Megan and Colonel Roy Mustang. We wish you many happy years together!

Adoption story number 2160, is this absolutely adorable and sweet girl, Jeanie. As you know, we take in around 400 cats every year, and they come from various backgrounds and various situations. This doll was found as a stray “kitten”, but turns out she is at least one year old. Fortunately, for Jeanie, someone was watching out for her well-being so after being tested and vetted, she joined the Cat lounge where her stay was extremely short due to her very sweet personality. Jeanne found the perfect home with Billie and her family and we are tickled to know she will be safe inside and cherished and loved for the rest of her life! Happy Gotcha Day to the whole family.

Adoption story number 2159 is adorable little calico, named Monroe. These are one of our favorite types of stories, and it is the story of a beautiful and successful foster success. When our fosters fall in love with the babies that they are caring for we do not call it a foster failure, we call it a fostering success. Congratulations to Nicole for not only being a good foster mom, but for opening up her home to this beautiful girl. Happy Gotcha day, we wish the whole family much happiness together.

Adoption story number 2158, is the story of this sweet little girl, named Torby. In fact, she received her name because she is a Torby! Noah came for a visit to our Cat lounge, looking very specifically for a kitty to nurture and love, and this sweet little girl was quick to win his heart. Congratulations to Noah and Torby, we wish you many happy years together.
