Joeyyyy is very ready to be adopted! He says he didn't like Maine very much so he is requesting a family in NC! This sweet boy has so much love to give. We would love to invite anyone interested to come and meet him!
*He is up to date on every test and vaccine a dog could ever have! Neutered. Crate trained. Share share share!
❤️

Thank you Anne. Your prayers and support are so appreciated.

I am raising funds to help transport seven rescue dogs to a shelter in Maine, where… Regina Warlick needs your support for Help Transport Rescue Dogs to Maine

Danny is heading to pick up Joey. He left at 1am and will meet two of the shelter workers in NJ soon. Joey has not been doing well in the shelter so he is coming back home.

Hank was adopted by a wonderful family 1 day after we dropped him off!! The others are doing good. Some haven't been listed for adoption just yet.

This pain is so hard. We're trying to focus on the good we did but sometimes it doesn't feel like it was good.

We got an update from the shelter where Mo, Joey, Belle and Ruby went. They were skiddish during their intake but are doing good.
We donated every crate that we used for the trip. We cannot do Rescue any more. This is too heartbreaking.
We still have 4 that were dumped and 1 rescue. We have 5 of our own ( 3 of those were dumped and we took them in years ago.) This is plenty to care for.
We did ask that the shelters share our information to the adopting families of our babies. I will update with any information we get about their journey. 💔♥️♥️

We got everyone dropped off at the shelters. Our hearts are hurting. We have cried so many tears. I wish we could explain to the dogs what is going on and that we didn't just abandon them. They are going to keep us updated and hopefully the adopters will reach out as well.
We are exhausted. Thankfully we were able to get into the hotel room early. Getting showers and getting some sleep. We have been awake for about 30 hours with no sleep. Driven for 19 hours.
We have heard from several ppl we have met what wonderful organizations they are to animals so that makes us feel a little better. The facilities were so nice as well. I will post updates when we get them ♥️

We're 13.33 hours into our drive. The dogs are doing great so far! Just 3.27 hours to our first stop. I pray we're doing the right thing.

The sun is setting. We are 10 hours from our destination. Our hearts are hurting. Loving these dogs enough to let them go is so hard. We have loved and cared for them for over two years. The unknown of where they will end up is hard but we can't continue to care for this many dogs. They need their person. The right thing is usually the most difficult and this sure is difficult.
