The 2026–2027 Destination Imagination® Rising Stars!® Challenge: Feeling Wild introduces Kindergarten–2nd grade students to creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving through hands-on learning and imaginative play.

Young learners discover how animals use their senses, then create an original play about animals who find a mysterious object. Teams design and build a habitat, create the mysterious object, and show how at least two animals use their senses to investigate it.

Students build confidence, communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking while developing a lifelong love of learning through STEAM.

🧪⚡ What happens when two brilliant rivals race toward the same goal?

The 2026–2027 Destination Imagination® Scientific Challenge: Lab Legends puts students at the center of an exciting adventure where science, competition, and creativity collide.

Teams create an original story about two rivals pursuing the same goal while researching applied science and designing two different demonstrations to showcase what they've learned. They'll also create a live-action montage to bring their story to life.

Students strengthen scientific inquiry, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, and problem-solving while discovering how science can inspire innovation.
