Thursday through Saturday are full convention days;
The Expo Hall will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Day 1 of the conference is in the books!

Kentucky SHAPE postumously awarded the 2026 Mary Ann Miller Thrive Award to Dr. Lonnie Davis.

For more than five decades, Dr. Davis dedicated his life to advancing health and physical education throughout the Commonwealth. He was a pillar of our community, serving in numerous vital leadership roles—including Executive Director of KAHPERD (now Kentucky SHAPE).

The Mary Ann Miller Thrive Award honors those whose influence extends far beyond a single profession or organization, perfectly reflecting Dr. Davis's profound, lasting impact on educators and students across Kentucky.

Huge shoutout to all the passionate presenters and dedicated educators who made today incredible!

Can't wait to see what Day 2 brings!
