FOODiversity is the central hub,
cinching together organizations that
are known as key service providers in
the food allergy and celiac disease
communities. FOODiversity’s partners become the
hub, the providers of resources. FOODiversity bolsters its partners’
services with philanthropy. It truly takes a village, and
FOODiversity has created one.

3. Increasing access to resources
For people to thrive - with food
allergy, food intolerance, or celiac
disease - resources are crucial. FOODiversity is the connection to
resources, for the people who need

On World Hunger Day, we’re reminded that hunger looks different for everyone. For people with food allergies and celiac disease, the challenge is even greater: fewer safe options, higher risks, and limited access to food they can trust.

FOODiversity addresses this challenge through our mission and programs. We believe everyone deserves access to food that nourishes, protects, and supports their well-being.

Earlier this month, Mackenzie, FOODiversity’s Director of Programs & Development, traveled to Capitol Hill to meet with legislators and advocate for the food allergy and asthma community.

Thank you to the Allergy & Asthma Network for inviting FOODiversity to the 2026 Social Advocates Summit and Allergy & Asthma Day on Capitol Hill. It was an incredible opportunity to reconnect with advocates from across the country, discuss the latest research and policy priorities, and continue pushing for meaningful change.
